General Information

Tadalafil, an oral drug belonging to a class called phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitors, is primarily used for the treatment of 1) erectile dysfunction (ED) 2) pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure of blood vessels connecting the lungs and the heart),and 3) symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) 4) BPH and ED, when they co-exist.
