General Information

Abrocitinib API is a small-molecule inhibitor of Janus kinase 1 (JAK1). Janus kinases are intracellular enzymes that play a crucial role in transduction pathways responsible for regulating hematopoiesis and immune cell function. The Janus kinase (JAK) – signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT) signaling pathway holds a central position in the pathogenesis of numerous autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. In its finished dose it is indicated for the treatment of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis.
